Kyle specializes in comprehensive industrial sale and lease advisory services with a focus on the Calgary area and the surrounding markets. Kyle joined Colliers in 2017 and focuses on tenant representation as well as assisting landlords with the sale and leasing of their properties through hard work and determination. Kyle is an Associate and works alongside Matt Binfet, Paul Marsden, Neil Ferris, and Josh Magnussen. Kyle’s expert and methodical approach is invaluable when assisting landlords with the sale and leasing of their properties, as well as when working with tenant's to secure a new space or renew in their current location. Kyle is an integral part of the Colliers Industrial Services Team, and his areas of expertise include a specialized focus within Land Marketing, Land Sales, Portfolios, Project Leasing, Project Marketing, and Transaction Services. As an key part of his team, Kyle has been personally responsible for facilitating dozens of client transactions, and has a proven track record of commitment and enthusiasm for each client he represents.
