Kurtis Blanchard is an Associate Vice President with Colliers in the San Diego Region. Kurtis specializes in representing investors & occupiers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial buildings in San Diego with a primary focus on Central County. These transactions include warehouses, cross dock facilities, trucking operations, storage yards, & manufacturing operations. Kurtis is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for his team and introducing the client to Colliers' capabilities from a local and national perspective. Kurtis's ability to mix passion, persistence, and patience throughout the transaction process has cemented trust and loyalty within his book of business.  He has also taken a leadership role in the Colliers San Diego office through hosting the monthly Industrial meetings. To ensure he keeps current with real estate trends and practices, Kurtis attends conferences and is an active member of various associations within the industry and community.
