Kurt Ziemendorf

Kurt joined Landsman in 2007 as the Vice President of Operations and was promoted to President/CEO at the start of 2021. He has extensive experience in the leasing and management of commercial real estate including retail, office, flex space, coworking, warehouse, manufacturing and now affordable housing. Kurt is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Landsman’s operations including commercial, residential and construction for Landsman owned properties and third-party management. His experience includes positions as Manager of Real Estate for Wegmans Food Markets, overseeing millions of square feet of commercial real estate, and Chief Operating Officer for a regional real estate developer, with retail plazas, office parks, self-storage businesses, market rate and tax-credit apartment housing developments. Kurt has been a NYS Real Estate Broker since 1985 and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Providers (NAIOP).
