Kurt Pollex

Kurt Pollex currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at ShopOne. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and technology for the organization. With over 20 years of retail real estate industry experience, Kurt joined ShopOne at its founding in July 2017 as Vice President of Corporate Services. Mr. Pollex was hired at Devonshire REIT in April 2015 and served as the Manager of Research & Information for over two years. Kurt also worked as a retail broker with CBRE/Reichle Klein Group for approximately 10 years as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Ohio and Michigan. In past roles, he has served as a Marketing Director with Westfield Corporation and as Customer Relations Manager with the NBA’s Phoenix Suns. Mr. Pollex has a BBA in finance from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Arizona State University.
