Kurt is originally from Melbourne, Florida. He has his bachelor’s degree in health services administration, as well as his MBA. He spent his early career in multi-unit management and sales, with a focus on people leadership. He has spent the last 5 years as an entrepreneur focused on real estate sales and real estate investing. He is passionate about using his hands-on market knowledge to educate and help others no matter the complexities of their situation. Kurt is the Team Leader of The Fadden-Mckelvie Group which has a retail and commercial sales team as well as an in-house general contractor. The team builds homes, rehabs homes, and serves their clients as Real Estate Professionals. Kurt has a passion for empowering people to make the best decisions possible!
