Kurt Eisenschmid

Kurt Eisenschmid, CCIM, RECS, has been engaged in the Commercial, Industrial & Investment Real Estate field since 1981. He was involved in Industrial & Commercial brokerage prior to becoming a developer's representative for three years. In 1986, he became a founding principal in Penn's Grant Realty Corporation, a Commercial, Industrial & Investment Real Estate firm. In 1988, Mr. Eisenschmid received the CCIM designation, a Certified Commercial-Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors, the highest designation awarded to those who have successfully completed over 200 hours of post graduate studies in commercial, industrial & investment real estate along with the business experience. Mr. Eisenschmid was selected for inclusion in the 23rd, 24th and 25th Edition of Who's Who in the East. Mr. Eisenschmid was chosen for his outstanding accomplishments in the commercial real estate field. In 1998, Mr. Eisenschmid received a RECS designation, Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist, in recognition of proven qualifications in the utilization of Real Estate Cyberspace marketing programs to benefit the Real Estate profession and public.
