Kuldip Verma

Kuldip was raised in New Delhi, India and went to Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. There he received his BS in Mechanical Engineering. Kuldip is the founder and CEO of Vermaland, LLC., which is one of the largest land holdings company in Arizona. He owns over 25,000 acres in Arizona. Kuldip was listed as AZRE’s Philanthropist of the Year in 2014 and Phoenix Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Leaders in 2015.
