Kristy Milton

Kristy is a native of Bedford, VA and became associated with Milton Realty Service Company in 1986 as a residential real estate appraiser. Prior to joining the company, Kristy sold, leased and appraised residential real estate in the Bedford market. Kristy has extensive appraisal experience in all types of residential and commercial properties, specializing in the valuation and court testimony in divorce and partition suit settlements, large acreage and estate properties and the Smith Mountain Lake market. In 2011, Kristy joined the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer team as the firm continued to expand its presence across the state of Virginia.
