He has been instrumental in deals spanning the entire spectrum of commercial real estate, successfully representing both local and national clients. Kristopher is among the most active brokers in the region and received the Pacific Coast Business Times 40 Under 40 Award in 2013 and consistently receives Costar’s PowerBroker awards. Before entering the commercial real estate field, Kristopher was a part of UBS/PaineWebber’s Specialized Equity Transaction Group.
