He came into this position with a strong background in acquisitions and negotiation, previously working as a successful Landman for a mineral and royalties investment group in Denver. Kristjan’s primary focus is on Industrial sales in the Denver Metro area, helping both investors and businesses fulfill their real estate goals. His attention to detail, constant analysis of the market and relentless drive allow him to stay ahead of the curve and produce results that go above and beyond client expectations. Outside of the office, you will find him float fishing the great rivers of the west and taking advantage of Colorado’s many hunting opportunities.
