Kristin Peterson

Kristin joined Pacific Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2007 with her prime focus on property management of commercial buildings. With a strong finance and construction background, she handles all Client Trust Accounts, providing monthly financials to Clients in addition to tenant relations, leases, building repair needs, and tenant build-outs. She has worked in business finance and office management for over 30 years. She applies this knowledge in her own business, as well. She consults with business owners focusing on their business accounting systems, processes, and procedures to increase their business capital. She possesses a strong understanding of business operations in a variety of industries from computer manufacturing to subdivision development. She expanded her qualifications by acquiring her broker’s license to further her career in real estate and better accommodate her clients’ business needs.
