From the moment Kristin Neithercut launched her real estate career in May of 2016, she showed an exceptional talent for the field. By the end of the year, she had closed 11 sales totaling $23 million. The following January, with two more homes in escrow and two new listing, she was appointed a Director of Aaroe Estates — a title most associates work years to achieve. In 2017 she sold over $24 million, assisting both Buyers and Sellers. She received the companies prestigious Bronze Award for being in the Top 10% of her company.<br /><br />Kristin honed her business acumen, people skills and unique understanding of the Los Angeles market in the upscale hospitality industry. The former Miss Massachusetts came to Pacific Union International (formally John Aaroe Group) from LA-based marketing, lifestyle and event production agency, the h.wood group, where she was Director of Customer Development.
