Kristin is a Senior Vice President in the Portland, Oregon office of CBRE. She has over 20 years of experience working with leading firms in technology, life sciences/healthcare, education, utilities, financial services, food/beverage manufacturing and supply chain logistics. She advises companies ranging from start-up to publicly-traded, multi-national conglomerates. Her strategic guidance on requirements from major relocations, build-to-suit construction and economic incentive driven opportunities has made her a “go-to” advisor in the region. Some of her notable transactions in the area including Oregon State University’s 40,000 SF downtown Portland career center; 77,000 SF HQ for life sciences firm AbSci in Vancouver WA; 836,000 SF of warehouse space across the U.S. for OIA Global; 80,000 SF of relocation and expansion of a search engine firm in downtown Portland; and a major build-to-suit expansion of 195,000 SF for a semiconductor provider in Hillsboro, Oregon.
