Kristie Inge

Kristie is currently the Senior Director of Leasing for the Richmond office portfolio which is comprised of over two million square feet. Kristie joined Highwoods in 2004 and has since completed over three million square feet of lease transactions totaling over $260 million in lease revenue. She is also a Past President of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), currently serves on the board, and is the 2021 Chair for the GRACRE Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee. She is also a past Board Member and current member of CREW Richmond Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force. She achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. Kristie completed both the Leadership Lab program, offered by the Greater Richmond Chamber and Luck Companies, and the Grace Harris Leadership Institute at VCU in 2015. She is a member of the Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) Quest class of 2016, and also serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Virginia Tech Program in Real Estate. Kristie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from Virginia Tech, and received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Previously, Kristie worked as a Family Services Manager with the Head Start program in Chesterfield County. She is a native of Richmond and currently resides in Hanover County with her husband Wallace Inge and their two children.
