Kristen Neumann

Kristen Neumann is dedicated to marketing, promoting, and leasing new development projects and existing properties for NexCore Group and its clients. Her leasing responsibilities include tenant selection/qualification, procurement, program development and preliminary space planning. More specifically, Kristen has the ability to meet with prospects to determine their space needs, square footage, and preliminary suite layout before an architect is even engaged. In addition to suite design, she is well versed in the areas of proposal and lease negotiations and tenant relations. Kristen continually works to identify changes in the market environment and to develop, implement, and measure competitive marketing and sales strategies. Her background in personnel management has made her highly effective at communicating with and supporting physician tenants through the various phases of the leasing process from initial contact through suite buildout. Kristen's five years of experience in healthcare real estate development at NexCore has facilitated lease transactions totaling upwards of 100,000 square feet. Kristen has her Colorado Real Estate Broker license and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
