Kristen McDade

Managing Director Kristen McDade joined Cushman Wakefield in 2021 with her brokerage partner, Matt Davis. McDade and her team take a hands-on approach to marketing properties and handling transactions from the initial inquiry to the point of closing the sale, while utilizing Cushman Wakefield's innovative tools and capabilities allowing her to provide clients with the highest level of service. A Houston native, Kristen has over twenty years of national commercial real estate experience which is not limited to the disposition and acquisition of land of all sizes, but includes office, retail, and industrial sites, both improved and unimproved. The first ten years of her career were spent with McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason & Company which included a short-term contracted position at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County as the AVP of Real Estate managing a team of up to 30 right or way acquisition specialists in a project of acquiring over 900 tract for the development of the 5 light rail lines in Houston. In 2010, she rejoined McDade Smith to work with her partners as the firm closed its doors. McDade and her team moved on to CBRE as part of a top producing team specializing in brokering land sales on the behalf of both buyers and sellers. Kristen joined Berkadia in 2016, where she started up and lead the Land Services specialty group until 2021, when she joined Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. with her brokerage partner, Matt Davis. Kristen has her Brokers license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. She previously attended University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Kristen spends her free time traveling, gardening, supporting local animal rescues and furthering her culinary skills in a Paleo lifestyle.
