Kristen Huber

Kristen Huber is a real estate coordinator & leasing associate with Parker Burnell Real Estate Group handling tenant representation, leasing, real estate transaction assistance, and office operations. Previously, she assisted Suburban Management Group’s transaction committee with due diligence, underwriting, and market analysis while overseeing the internal operations of their corporate office. Prior, she spent three years as the Manager of Operations for the TMG, Inc., an IT consulting firm. Kristen studied at Old Dominion University in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. She also holds an A.A.S. in Accounting and an A.S. in Business Administration, both from Tidewater Community College in Norfolk. Kristen is a member of tHRive and a longtime member of Central Business District Association (CBDA) and CBDA’s Next Generation of Business Leaders (CBDX) where she currently holds the 2019-2020 CBDX Executive Board position of Treasurer. Previously she held the 2015-2018 CBDX board position of Marketing Chair and actively volunteers for Special Olympics.
