Kristen is a Real Property Administrator and a Florida Real Estate Broker. She has been with Ted Glasrud Associates since 1996 earning an RPA from the Building Operating Management Institute in 1999. Her responsibilities include leasing, lease renewals, day-to-day building operations, construction management, land/building acquisition / sales, and general tenant relations for the Southeast Florida portfolio. Kristen is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Stuart / Martin County Chamber of Commerce.
