Kristen Barker

Kristen Barker joined Edge in 2022 as Principal. She also provides tenant representation services for retailers in the Houston market. Most formerly with Trammell Crow, AmREIT and Lovett Commercial, Kristen brings with her twelve years of retail leasing experience in the Houston market. She is responsible for tenant mix strategy, marketing plans, re-merchandising and lease negotiations for third party owners which include Unilev, Fowler Property Acquisition, Old Vine Management, HEB Real Estate, Southwestern Investment Advisors, Westwood Financial and Pacific Star Capital. Her prior clients include Calpers, Kimco, BVT Management, Fund of Alaska, Lincoln Property Trust, and AmREIT. Kristen graduated with a BSBA from University of Richmond and an MBA from Texas A&M University. She is an ICSC Member and licensed Broker in the State of Texas.
