On the retail side have been working with Thornton's Gas/Convenience Stores and various retail developers on land assemblage and acquisition. Clients have included banks, drugstores, gas/convenience stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and big box retailers. On the Healthcare side of the business have been working with numerous clients on expansion and relocation to better suit their businesses. Developed several free standing offices for The Veteran's Administration/ GSA. Developed medical offices for various users from simple family practices up to radiologic oncology centers with linear accelerators. Clients have included hospital systems, the Veteran's Administration/General Services Administration, private practices, imaging centers, surgery centers, and cancer centers. I'm known as a "bird dog" for expertise in finding land and off-market properties. Basically client points me in a direction, and I find what they need.
