Kris Courier

Kris Courier is a member of CBRE’s Industrial Services brokerage team in Tampa, representing both landlords and tenants. Prior to joining CBRE, Courier spent two years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked on a team responsible for over six million square feet of listings in the Tampa Bay region. He also previously held positions as a Key Account Manager for Kraft Foodservice and was responsible for marketing of properties, property management, market research and site selection for corporate clients while at Bridgeport South Realty Advisors. He holds a B.S. in Economics and History from University of South Florida.
