Kori DeJong (CPM) is a Senior Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Kori manages and leases multiple buildings in the northeast, south and southwest areas of the Twin Cities. She manages a large portfolio of office showroom properties along with WMI's award-winning Drake Building and the company's Burnsville Medical Building. Before joining WMI in 2004, Kori was a property manager for Frauenshuh Companies, overseeing approximately one million square feet in downtown St. Paul. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). Kori is a graduate of the Leadership St. Paul program.
