Kori grew up in Indiana, is a graduate of Indiana University and a resident of Tampa since 1994. She brings 23 years of business and entrepreneurial experience in the healthcare field to the commercial real estate industry. She provides clients with the added value of eight years as a Florida Real Estate Appraiser. Kori owned and operated a medical equipment sales and distribution company for 14 years, serving local, national, and international clients. She excels at problem resolution and forming lasting client relationships earned through years of service and attention to detail. Kori works in leasing and sales and has represented sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants of commercial properties. She is Bridgewater’s exclusive business brokerage specialist and has sold businesses in the following categories: restaurant/bar, daycare, equipment rental, laundromat, and cabinet manufacturing. Kori earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2020 and is working towards earning her Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation in 2024.
