Native Oklahoman, Kodi Nelson has called the Dallas metro her home since 2001 when she made her first investment into her modeling career. Although she has lived all over the world for various amounts of time while on modeling contracts, she has always maintained a home in the Dallas area. Hailing from a small northeastern Oklahoma town, Kodi has a strong sense of humility and cares greatly for her fellow man. Since co-founding the social media personality, #ModelRealtors, Kodi along with colleague, Maggie Parks have led production in the company. Taking an out-of-the-box approach to Real Estate, they blend their experiences from 35+ years in the modeling industry, utilizing cutting edge marketing and unparalleled customer service to bring a unique buying and selling experience for their clients that range from first time home buyers and first time investors to luxury new construction and commercial portfolio developers. Kodi gives back to her community, serving on the board of Model Behaviors which produces events to raise funds and awareness for underserved women and children. Kodi along with her husband, George, have been married for fifteen years.
