Klinton serves as the Director of Brokerage for Embree Capital Markets Group, where he is responsible for the disposition of private clients’ commercial real estate properties, Embree Groups current assets, and new developments of Embree Group and their developer clients. He provides sound investment advice to clients as they evaluate their investment strategies and development opportunities. Klinton is continuously focused on expanding existing client relationships, as well as securing new business opportunities for Embree Group and their clients. During his tenure at Embree Capital Markets Group, he has successfully closed over 130 transactions that total in excess of $660 million in transaction volume. Prior to joining the Embree Capital Markets Group Inc., Klinton served as a real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap in Austin, Texas, where he specialized in single-tenant, net-lease properties, with a high concentration in the healthcare, drug store, and retail sectors.
