Kirk Weller

Prior to joining Avison Young in 2018, Kirk was a Senior Associate with Transwestern, focusing on the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties in the 128 North and 495 North markets. Before Transwestern, Kirk was an associate at Atlantic Properties, focusing on the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties in southeastern Massachusetts. Prior to Atlantic Properties, Kirk was an analyst in Credit Suisse’s Corporate Real Estate Group, which managed and negotiated the bank’s America’s portfolio, consisting of 5.8 million square feet. Kirk earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University, where he played safety for the football team.
