Kirk Kenneally

Licensed with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Kirk is focused primarily on Multifamily and Multi-Tenant Retail Commercial transactions, but not limited to other Commercial Real Estate segments. Kirk is involved with both private and institutional capital markets and works closely with a wide range of clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. He takes pride in cold calling and finding buyers opportunities that best fit their portfolios, while helping sellers capitalize on their long or short term investment goals. Outside of the office, Kirk spends most of his time pursuing his passions with his wife and family including: cycling, walking, hiking, golf, travel and spending time at the cabin. Kirk attended DMACC & North Dakota State University. He graduated with a Business Administration degree and played baseball at both colleges.
