Kirk Chudej
Kirk has been with FIMC for over 20 years managing much of the multi-family properties.
Kirk joined FIMC in 2002 bringing more than five years of experience in sales and management. He has obtained his Texas Real Estate license and is currently working to gain his CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification. Currently enrolled in classes at both West Texas A&M University and Amarillo College he is majoring in Real Estate. Kirk's primary function is to manage and supervise many of the multi-family properties within FIMC’s portfolio. In performing these duties not only does he work closely with on-site personnel, but he also has direct contact with the owners of these properties. At times, he is also called upon to assist with the administration of leasing and brokerage for retail and office properties. Kirk is an active member of both the Texas Apartment Association and The Apartment Association of the Panhandle.
