Kirk Buttle is a Senior Vice President of Retail Services for CBRE. He has 25 years of retail brokerage experience covering Atlanta and the Southeast. Mr. Buttle has been involved in nearly every facet of the industry, from small shop leasing, tenant representation, large and small land sales and investment sales to development. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he has participated in the sale of nearly 20 investment properties throughout the Atlanta area. He has brokered several land transactions including more than 20 drug store sites for Eckerd and CVS; automobile dealerships for Volkswagen and Subaru; and large tracts of land for major retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Kroger, Publix and Target. Mr. Buttle has represented several financial institutions with the selection of more than 50 bank branches throughout the north Georgia and Atlanta area. In addition, Mr. Buttle has assisted several major retailers with the disposition and acquisition of sites such as Aldi, The Shane Company, Ryan’s Family Steakhouse, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Zaxby’s and others. Before joining CBRE in 2007, Mr. Buttle was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company. A graduate of Ricks College (now known as BYU-Idaho), he has earned the designation of CCIM, and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors. Mr. Buttle has been heavily involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as a volunteer, and is currently the Georgia State Chairman. Mr. Buttle’s hobbies include scuba diving, snow skiing, cycling, swimming and motorcycles. He also donates a considerable amount of time to the Boy Scouts of America. Married for 25 years, Mr. Buttle and his wife Kelly have four children.
