Kimberly Tranbarger

Kimberly joined the firm’s Retail Services team in 2008. She specializes in shopping center leasing, sales, land sales, and retail tenant representation. Some of the high-profile projects she represents include Deer Creek Woods (Overland Park, KS), Mission Farms (Overland Park, KS), Market Square (Leawood, KS), Bannister Home Depot (Kansas City, MO), Independence Center (Independence, MO) and Brentwood Plaza (Olathe, KS). Kimberly has represented World Class Capital Group, Crow Capital, Farmer’s Bank & Trust, Brotherhood Bank and Gomers of Kansas in recent transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly was a retail specialist with developer Greenleaf Properties. Before entering commercial real estate, Kimberly was a National Account Sales Manager for MCI Telecommunications. Kimberly’s ability to identify client needs and to match them with business solutions plays an important role in her helping clients achieve their business objectives.
