Kimberly DeVos currently serves as a commercial real estate agent for Cypressbrook Company, specializing in land acquisition and disposition, office/industrial leasing, and property management. Kimberly handles leasing for various landlords in the Office, Industrial, and Retail markets. Since joining Cypressbrook in 2000, she has kept a solid footprint within the North Houston, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe and Willis communities to make sure she and her clients are “always in the know.” She is committed to educating her clients to make sure they achieve the best possible outcome in each and every transaction. Prior to Cypressbrook, she worked for Sunbelt Reporting & Litigation Services for nine years as an account manager, transcriptionist, and scopist. Ms. DeVos is fully licensed to practice real estate as prescribed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. She is an active member in BNI-Lonestar Business Alliance, WOAMTEC Magnolia, and Real Talk Toastmasters. In her free time, she enjoys devoting her time to various charitable organizations. She is currently the Treasurer of South Montgomery County Alliance Against Hunger, a local non-profit which supports local food banks/pantries and raises awareness of hunger and poverty related issues
