Kimberly Babb-Shaffer

Drawn to the challenging and fast-paced atmosphere of Commercial leasing and sales, Kimberly aims to provide her clients with the most comprehensive and effortless path to meet their goals. She takes pride in building long-lasting client relationships based on thorough communication during all parts of the process. After graduating from Chico State in 2000 with a degree in Liberal Studies and a Teaching Credential, she landed a job at an underground land development firm where she was sparked by the excitement of large-scale development projects. After four years at the firm, she decided that leasing and sales was her area of expertise. Kimberly then transferred to The Group Real Estate Brokers in 2004. Like many of our agents, Kimberly devotes much of her time outside work to children of the community through charity work like The Chico Challenger Little League. The Chico Challenger Little League provides the opportunity for mentally and physically disabled children to play baseball in an environment that fits their needs.
