Kimani Mustafa

Kimani Mustafa is a sharp addition to JLL’s Industrial Services group that utilizes his enthusiastic and tenacious attitude to add tremendous value to the team. He is responsible for initiating strategic business relationships and cultivating both new and existing clientele. He also leverages industry and market-specific information to position both his team and clients for success. Prior to joining the Industrial Advisory group, Kimani worked with JLL’s Retail brokerage team and assisted with many significant projects. He also has a background in construction management as both a multifamily and residential project manager. With JLL, He is now a great addition to the Industrial Brokerage Team and contributes extensively by assisting many clients, from startups to Fortune 100 corporations. Kimani graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Management, Information Systems minor, and Logistics concentration from Georgia College & State University. In addition, he won the award for Top Volunteer of his graduating class, with over 2,200 registered volunteer hours. He affiliates with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, CBMC, and several other volunteer organizations within the city.
