Kim Meyer

Kim Meyer joined Cushman & Wakefield retail brokerage group as a Senior Director in 2011. In this role, she is focusing on tenant representation services to retail clients and leasing properties for retail owners and developers. Kim works with owners, developers and retailers to provide strategic planning, market research and site selection. Prior to 2011, Kim was with Robert Muir Company for six years as the Vice President of Leasing and was responsible for all leasing and related marketing for the company and its portfolio of six shopping centers totaling 1,800,000 square feet. Prior to 2005, Kim was with United Properties for five years as a Senior Retail Associate where she handled leasing in addition to providing tenant representation services for various clients and developers. Some of her past clients include Fidelity Investments, Lifetime Fitness, T-Mobile, The Complete Garage, Acme Tools, Hollywood Video, Baja Fresh and Panda Express.
