Kim has been an active commercial real estate broker in the Puget Sound region for over 35 years, and her wide range of experience and skills enable her to effectively complete complex commercial real estate transactions. She specializes in office, medical and mixed-use investment sales, including overseeing leasing assignments for her clients. Kim has committed herself to delivering exceptional service by sharing her knowledge to assist her clients make the best real estate decisions during and after the transaction.
