Kim Dobson

Kim grew up in Spartanburg, SC where she graduated from Dorman High School and earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from University of South Carolina. Licensed as a realtor since 2001, she is active in both SC and GA. Kim has two sons. Her oldest son attended York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC, in business administration. Her youngest, will attend Tri County Technical College in Pendleton , SC, in the engineering program. She is dedicated and committed to her family, friends and community. Whether volunteering at church, raising money for sports or other causes, working with the elderly, or flipping houses, she puts her whole heart in it. For the past seventeen years, Kim’s real estate career has enabled her to develop working relationships with many professionals, buyers, sellers and investors. Her passion for residential and commercial real estate shows through her business as well as her personal life.
