Kevin Velotta

Kevin started working in the Commercial Real Estate industry in 2007 specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. For over six years he oversaw a portfolio of over $650 Million in commercial real estate assets. Since 2014, Kevin specializes on the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the San Francisco Greater Bay Area where he has completed over 500,000 square feet and over $100,000,000 in total Sales and Leasing transactions. He specializes in Mixed use, Retail, and multi family markets making him a valuable resource for his clients in these product types. His experience in these markets allow him to find the best opportunities for his clients’ needs. He is dedicated to giving excellent service and delivering optimal solutions. Kevin grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from California State University Long Beach earning a degree in Business Economics. He is a Chairman for a Community Center in the East Bay. Outside of work he enjoys staying active at the gym, biking, and playing the guitar.
