Kevin Thaxton

As Vice President of Retail Services, Kevin Thaxton is responsible for the sales and leasing of shopping centers, outparcels and excess space disposition. He is part of the ZRL team offering brokerage, development, construction, finance and property management services. Kevin previously worked with NAI Welsh Companies and The Leslie Group. He continues to be actively involved in the development of retail sites throughout Ohio with a sales strategy focused on marketing real estate online and through other electronic mediums. Kevin also has an extensive background in site selection for retailers. Kevin is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. His client list includes Pet Supplies Plus, Furniture Row, Dunham’s, El Vaquero, Rite Rug, Rose’s, Culver’s, O’Reilly’s Auto, Charley’s Grilled Subs and many other regional and national retail clients. In his personal life, Kevin supports the fundraising efforts of Worldwide Compassion Ministries. He is an avid reader, and enjoys general business, motivational and marketing books. Kevin joined Zelnik Realty Ltd because the firm’s full service offering allows him to serve his clients’ needs “from the ground up.”
