Licensed in NE & IA Kevin has established himself as a market leader in the Omaha/Lincoln industrial markets since joining Investors Realty in 2011. Specializing in industrial landlord and seller representation, he also has expertise in industrial land development and site selection. Over the past five years, Kevin has successfully completed 248 transactions totaling nearly 4.4 million square feet of industrial space and 210 acres of land, valued at over $162 million. A multiple-time recipient of the CoStar Top Power Broker Award, Kevin earned his CCIM designation in 2018 and his SIOR designation in 2020.
