Kevin Schroeder

Kevin was raised in the Fraser Valley and is heavily involved in many different aspects of the community (i.e. VP, Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce; Member, Mayor’s Transportation Advisory Council; Coach, Chilliwack Minor Hockey) Being a partner and general manager of Select Real Estate gives him firsthand knowledge and experience in business and the decision-making process that one goes through when making a real estate decision. As a result, he is often able to assist his clients through this process by offering valuable insight, suggestions and advice. Kevin loves a good negotiation and takes pride in obtaining best deal for his clients. Often this comes as a result of finding a win/win for everyone involved.
