Kevin Sandoval

Kevin is an Associate at DAUM Commercial Real Estate and his focus is on Industrial Properties in the LA Basin with a primary market responsibility in the “Mid Counties” region. A native of Southern California, he has been around commercial real estate brokers his whole life. Following in his father’s footsteps he has become an active member of the DAUM Commercial Real Estate family. A focused and self motivated individual, Kevin has been learning the business from the ground up. Transitioning from research assistant to marketing assistant to senior agents in the firm he has built a solid foundation of knowledge which has translated into a professional real estate consultant who understands the fundamental of servicing the best interests of his clients. Prior to DAUM, Kevin was employed by Sparkletts Water (DS Services Corp) while attending Mt. San Antonio College. This work experience provided hands on experience with a major industrial operation which translated well in his current career path. His knowledge of operational efficiencies and costs of occupancy sets him apart from many of his peers in as he competes for business in the Industrial real estate arena. In addition, as a field representative for AT&T selling fiber optics and wireless internet services to industrial and office users, Kevin became an expert not only in evolving technology, but the intense sales training helped sharpen his sales skills and proactive marketing approach.
