Kevin Probel

Mr. Probel specializes in office landlord and tenant rep for the Palm Beach area, along with acquisition and dispositions of office buildings and land. Mr. Probel was a Vice President of Property and Asset Management with JLL since 2011. He also spent 5 years as an Asset Manager with The Related Companies (NY) and was responsible for the development, leasing, management and tenant improvement construction of a 295,933 SF office tower (City Place Tower), which opened in 2008 in West Palm Beach, FL. He was involved in over 260,000 SF of leasing transactions and in April 2011, successfully sold the building to KBS Capital Advisors. Prior to that, Mr. Probel spent 2 years at Liberty Property Trust in Boca and handled all management operations of their entire 2 million SF South Florida portfolio.
