Kevin Poynter

Throughout Mr. Poynter's nearly 30 year career, he has been involved in virtually every aspect of the commercial real estate business, including expertise in tenant representation, owner representation, development, property management, construction management, project management, acquisitions and interior construction, to name but a few. Mr. Poynter has exclusively represented clients in transactions as large as 684,000 square feet and ran a marketing program that successfully concluded in excess of 17,000,000 square feet of lease transactions, which included , office, retail, medical, industrial and yard facilities. He has been involved in the development of planned office complexes slated for over 2,000,000 square feet of high profile corporate facilities and has personally concluded more than 4,000,000 square feet of lease transactions for local, regional, national and international clients. Mr. Poynter has been involved in the ownership of approximately $ 230,000,000 of commercial real estate in the past 12 years and has run management operations that were responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate assets.
