After graduating from college, Kevin joined a number of large brokerage houses in the city of Chicago. Here he was able to perfect his skills and learn the trade. As Kevin built his book of business, he noticed the lack of representation in the western suburbs of Chicago, which coincidentally was also a rapidly growing area. Over the course of the years Kevin completed multiple transactions in this western suburban area under one of Chicagoland's premier commercial real estate firms. In 2005 Kevin started his own firm where the focus would be on the western suburbs, both in tenant and product representation. His firm works with a variety of tenants completing transactions from 1,500 square feet to well over 150,000 square feet. They believe that no client is too big or too small, and feel that their firm can adequately handle such clients due to their constant communication, knowledge of the area and the industry, and great relationships they have formed. Today the firm focuses on a variety of transactions, including medical real estate, a unique industry that requires great attention to detail and continual knowledge of the market.
