Kevin Moss is a Senior Vice President retail broker in the Cleveland office advising retail landlords, tenants, developers, land owners, gas stations, hotels, restaurants, investors and sales via auction throughout northeast Ohio. Kevin has been involved in various high-profile retail transactions and has completed over 400 transactions since joining CBRE in 2015. Kevin’s hard work resulted in becoming the youngest person to be promoted to First Vice President in the Cleveland CBRE office history in November 2022. Kevin has extensive training and knowledge in canvassing, and his ability to learn and rapidly adapt to markets to provide up to date market information provides his clients with a value-add competitive advantage. Kevin has a ‘client-first’ mentality consistently resulting in big wins for his clients. Kevin joined CBRE as an Associate in March 2015 after getting his start with Chase Properties, a Cleveland, OH based shopping center owner. While at Chase, he was responsible for the small shop leasing and renewals of Chase Properties’ Ohio, Indiana and Minnesota shopping center portfolio, encompassing over 750,000 square feet. Prior to Chase Properties, Mr. Moss interned at DDR Corp in the Anchor Store Leasing department. Kevin is an alum of The Ohio State University and was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity.
