Mr. Mortensen has been active in the commercial real estate business for 30 years, including brokerage, investments, and land. Mr. Mortensen’s primary strength is redevelopment, releasing and repositioning of existing retail shopping centers. Formerly worked as Albertson’s Senior Real Estate Manager, Coldwell Banker- CRES, & Barlow Nielsen & Associates. As a broker Mr. Mortensen achieved Life Time membership to the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Experience includes investment partnerships, public/private partnerships with redevelopment agencies, traditional retail development, historical tax credits restoration, and re-adaptive use.
