Kevin McVay

Kevin McVay is a native Oklahoman, graduating from University of Central Oklahoma in 1989, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Kevin assists in planning and construction issues with tenant build-outs, creating annual budgets for ownership, managing numerous vendors during the day-to-day operations of properties, and manages special property projects. He has been with MIDCON for 20 years, and currently works with MIDCON Property Management where he manages various properties in the Oklahoma City area. Prior to his current role, Kevin was Storage Manager for MIDCON, increasing monthly storage clients by more than 10 percent. Kevin is active in the Association of Record Managers and Administrators, the Oklahoma Realtors Association and Geophysical Society of Oklahoma City. He has also served on the board of the Extreme Aquatic Team as president and vice president. Kevin has been married for 20 years and has two children. He and his family enjoy traveling, biking, volleyball, golf, running and cooking.
