Kevin McClernon

Mr. Kevin McClernon is Senior Retail Investment Properties Specialist with CBRE in the Philadelphia office specializing in the sale of retail shopping centers, strip centers, and net-leased properties. His focus is consulting and advising institutional and private clients through the valuation and sale of retail assets within the geographic markets of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware comprising the Tri-State Market. Mr. McClernon has extensive experience in the investment sales area of commercial real estate. He has completed over $2 billion in retail and retail investment sales transactions including over 12 million square feet of shopping center sales. His sales experience also includes a significant number of transactions in land development. Mr. McClernon has repeatedly been in the top 10% of CBRE Retail Brokers nationally, including national and regional top 20 recognition. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McClernon was Project Engineer for Day & Zimmerman Engineers.
