Mr. McCarthy specializes in office landlord and tenant representation for the Palm Beach area and offers expertise in site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning, financial analysis, market research and new business development. Mr. McCarthy’s current and past clients include KBS Capital Advisors, AT&T, Bank of New York Mellon, Proctor & Gamble, MetLife, U.S. General Services Administration, Aetna, Gramercy Property Trust, Brookwood Financial Partners and Related Group. Prior to becoming a part of CBRE, Mr. McCarthy was with JLL for 9 years where he was a Senior Vice President leading JLL’s Palm Beach Brokerage division. He joined JLL in July 2008 as part of the acquisition of The Staubach Company, where he spent 5 years advising clients on the full range of occupancy issues and managing all aspects of the transaction process in the downtown Chicago office market.
