Kevin Le began his real estate career in 2003 at Marcus & Millichap and earned the prestigious title of First Vice President Investments and in 2024 founded NNN Retail Group, in partnership with KW Commercial. Kevin is highly focused on retail and NNN investment sales and advisory services. Over his 20+ year career, he has assisted clients in facilitating over 250 transactions totaling approximately $650,000,000 in property sales and closing at 97% of the recommended listed price. Kevin grew up in Southern California and attended the University of California Riverside and graduated with a degree in Business and Economics.
